L'Italiano Porticando is an Italian language school situated in a beautiful 19th-century building in the historic city centre of Turin, the “Quadrilatero Romano”, near most important sightseeing destinations and cultural attractions. We provide a range of Italian language and culture classes to students from around the world.

The school is situated in a beautiful 19th-century building overlooking Via Pietro Micca in the historic city centre.

Three minutes from the school you can find Piazza Castello, Turin's beating heart, with the Royal Palace where once the Savoy, Italy's royal family used to live and govern. From here you can visit many important museums as the Egyptian Museum, the Mole Antonelliana with the National Museum of Cinema.

Though Turin is known as an industrial city, there are many green areas and possibility to make excursion to Turin's hillside, to the Alps and to the Langhe, where the Barolo, Italy's most famous wine is produced. The River Po with its green areas is an ideal place to relax warm summer days.

The school itself has ample spaces where students spend their time during the daily coffee break and where they can meet for the afternoon activities organized by the school. The classrooms are also spacious and bright.
