StudyCELTA offers Cambridge University teacher training courses including the CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) course in Sliema, Malta. Our CELTA courses are available all year round and can be taken full-time (4 weeks). The course is very intensive and, in addition to the above, trainees need to keep most evenings and some weekends free to plan classes and write assignments.

St Brelade's College, Jersey
Courses / Programs
• St Brelade’s College is located on the British island of Jersey in the Channel Islands, approximately 20 miles off the French coast and 80 miles south of England. • We are accredited by the British Council and are a member of English UK, along with being a validated course provider of the Trinity College London Cert. TESOL.
• We have been providing English language courses for students from all parts of the world since 1978. In 1989, we ran our first four-week TESOL training course, and have continued to the present day. This is one of the two most widely recognised teaching qualifications (accepted by the British Council and most language schools).
• Our courses are intensive and practical, with the emphasis on hands-on teaching experience, together with tutorials on modern techniques and methodology which can be put into practice in the classroom. Courses run in March and October every year, and are designed for a maximum of 12 participants.
• Many of our trainees have been offered summer posts at St. Brelade’s College, and we have also helped teachers find employment in many other countries of the world.

Course features:

• Learning a new foreign language (allowing trainees to gain an insight into the difficulties of learning a foreign language)
• Individual student profile (allowing trainees to discover factors, which affect the learning situation in the classroom)
• Observed teaching practice (trainees progress from peer teaching to teaching classes of foreign students)

TEYL France - The Language Cafe, Chambery

TEYL France's Teacher Training Course offers students the chance to learn how to teach the English language to children from ages 3-12 from our location in the city of Chambery, 20 miles east of Lyon in the south-east of France. The TEYL France Certificate Course is a 40 hour, five day course in the French Alps and is fully accredited and taught by experienced instructors.This intensive one-week course is designed to develop practical classroom skills. It aims to provide qualified EFL teachers with an opportunity to develop new ideas and explore current issues in English language teaching to young learners. We also aim to provide non-qualified, experienced teachers with the skills, confidence and ability to teach English to children effectively. The requirements for this course are that you must be at least 18 years of age, be fluent in English and have some level of teaching experience.
