We are an examination and training centre for LCCI International Qualifications issued by EDI. As an accredited LCCI centre we provide teacher development courses for state school teachers of English as well as CertTEFL courses, preparing people for teaching EFL/ESL worldwide. CertTEFL is a level 4 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language designed to provide candidates with the skills they need for teaching English to adult students of other languages. It is issued and monitored directly by EDI and accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA). This means that EDI’s CertTEFL shares the same accreditation status as Cambridge CELTA and Trinity CertTESOL qualifications.

Our school is situated in Quartu Sant'Elena, on the south-east coast of Sardinia. The town is surrounded by lovely beaches and is attached to the island's main city: Cagliari. Cagliari is a lively city rich in history, culture and unique traditions. During your stay you will be hard pushed to run out of things to see and do.
The main beach is only 10 minutes from both Quartu and Cagliari and can be easily reached by public trasport. And there are so many more to discover along the surrounding coast. Add marvellous weather all year-round, fantastic food and wine, friendly peolple, and you'll understand why most of our visitors fall in love with these places.

Teaching English in Italy offers affordable online and onsite options in Italy (Florence, Genoa, Milan) for acquiring certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). They also offer a one, two, or three week teaching practice program in Florence and information about many other teaching English opportunities throughout Italy. They provide an abundance of useful information regarding finding work as an English teacher in Italy for both Americans and members of the EU as well as general information about living and working in Italy.Upon completing of any of our program listings, participants are able to become a fully certified TEFL teacher in an online or onsite course, acquire new English teaching skills or improve existing ones. Our students will learn more about another culture through teaching English, as well as establishing new friendships in Italy and other countries. Our graduates can teach in Italy and other locations around the world.

Located in the centre of Milan in Northern Italy, IH Milan offers the internationally recognised CELTA course. Classes are taught according to IH World’s rigorous and industry-wide recognised high standards. The CELTA course is pre-service so it is primarily aimed at people with little or no teaching experience. It is also suitable for teachers who have teaching experience but who have had little or no formal training. It is considered to be a solid foundation for teaching English as a foreign language. The course is recognised by EFL organisations worldwide and the certificate is the most highly respected of its kind in the world. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. The course is open to native and non-native speakers of English but applicants must have an awareness of language and a competence in English, both written and spoken, that enables them to follow the course and teach English.

We offer the University of Cambridge ESOL CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults); DELTA (Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults) and CELTYL (Extension Certificate in English Language Teaching to Young Learners).
