NCP College of Nursing has two campuses located in Hayward (Alameda County) and South San Francisco (San Mateo County) in the Bay Area, CA. NCP is one of the successful nursing schools in Northern California. Established in 1993, we offer the Vocational Nursing program, Nursing Assistant Training and CNA Acute Care Training. Classes are small, enabling students and faculty to work closely together in the learning process. The school is dedicated in helping students develop their intellectual potential, acquire new skills and knowledge to prepare them for a career in nursing.

NCP's Vocational Nursing Program is approved and accredited by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric TechnicianPhoto of Contact Page - Nursing School in Bay Area, CAs (BVNPT). The Nursing Assistant and CNA Acute Care Training Programs are approved by the California Department of Health Services. 

The California Board of Registered Nursing also approved NCP as a continuing education provider. NCP is also a testing site for Nursing Assistant Certification as approved by the American Red Cross.

The Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards (FCLB) offers the Certified Chiropractic Clinical Assistant credential if you hold a high school diploma, and have completed 24 hours of postsecondary education and an exam.

In addition, some employers require work experience as well as typing skills.

As a chiropractic assistant, you are often the first point of contact for the patient. You answer the phone, set up appointments, facilitates payment, and maintains patient records.

To maximize staff time during office hours, your aim is to help manage an efficient flow of patients. You need excellent telephone skills and work with existing and new patients to help to arrange appointments.
