Creation Station Dance:
Creation Station Dance, located at City Treehouse, in Chelsea, New York City, is a wildly creative dance school concept which provides movement based programs for children starting at 18 months of age. All of the classes at Creation Station reflect a commitment to promoting high self esteem. They entertain as well as educate and most of all, allow every child to be just that - a child! Our philosophy lies in the belief that by combining a nurturing, non-competitive environment and encouraging kids to develop their own personal, artistic, and educational strengths, allows them to tap into their imaginations in a way that is vastly different from any other traditional dance school.
Creation Station was developed to represent the cutting edge in childhood dance and movement. Differentiating Creation Station from any other dance studio in the world is the unique curriculum founder Judy Carmen developed over the past 17 years, which utilizes a proprietary syllabus, weekly themes, and lesson plans for the 18 month through 16 year old child. Creation Station has been teaching all forms of dance since its inception, and has steadily grown with toddler dance classes, Princess Series Dance, Musical Theater classes, Dance based Birthday Parties and Camps.
City Treehouse:
Creation Station Dance classes are available at City Treehouse, an award-winning children's play and learning center located in Chelsea, Manhattan. Recognized as Best of New York by New York Magazine, Nickelodeon and Urban Baby, City Treehouse offers drop-in play in a nature-themed indoor play area that includes a two-story treehouse, fiber optic star cave, soft play studio and the largest indoor water play area in New York City. City Treehouse is a popular spot for birthday parties, sleep-over parties, play groups and school visits. Classes are also offered for children newborn to 7 years old.

We have realistic and age-appropriate expectations for children. Our classes begin with a consistent structure. From there we add a developmental theme, physical focal elements (designed to strengthen coordination, build body awareness or flexibility, and in the case of ballet classes, introduce technical elements for practice), and finally we add a magical make-believe component to tie everything together.

Caedmon is a PreK-5 Modified Montessori school located on a quiet, residential street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York.
