Who we are:

Colchester English Study Centre (CESC) is celebrating 40 years of quality English language teaching to students from all over the world who want to learn English in Britain.
It is British Council accredited and is the only private language school in Colchester.

Courses:

CESC has a range of courses to offer, including General English, IELTS Preparation, Teacher Training, Cambridge Exams Preparation, Business English, English for Medicine, and English for Law.

Colchester English Study Centre is an authorised centre for the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam, and for the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations (KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE).

CESC is runing a junior summer programme for 12-18 year-olds, International Language Holidays, which is also British Council accredited, and which runs programmes at Framlingham, Ipswich, and Clacton-on-Sea.

With five English language schools in Southern England, Tompkins Educational Group (TEG) provides a wide range of English programmes to students from around the world, including at our newest branch - Bristol Language College.

Situated close to the heart of Bristol City, Bristol Language College is a British Council-accredited school that provides General English classes, Cambridge Exam preparation courses, IELTS courses, and more.

My name is Toby Wilks and I am a Cambridge trained & qualified English language teacher. I have many years experience in teaching English to students from a wide variety of countries. I have taught in places such as Spain, Poland, Indonesia, and London.

I conduct my lessons in a friendly and relaxed manner, focusing on the skills you feel you need to practise. English lessons are available throughout the London area. You can come to my home or I can come to your home or workplace, or we can meet in a less formal place such as a cafe or the park. Lessons are from 1-2 hours long, and we can meet as often as you like. I also offer lessons worldwide through Skype.

Your first lesson is completely free of charge!
