We are easily accessible by public transport and located close to numerous stores, restaurants and cafes. Our school is colourful and lively designed with the student's comfort in mind.
Our modern facilities include: student lounges, language lab, kitchen, small library, coffee/juice and snack bar, movie room, fully equipped self-study facilities with audio/visual equipment and books, student lockers, multimedia language lab, numerous internet ready computers (webcam and headset equipped) and wireless access.
We have over 20 desktop workstations and 25 latops that can be used by students either for class work or personal use. Wifi is free.
Recreational activities are an important part of the learning process. That's why we offer an exciting variety of activities to suit every taste. Throughout the year there are a minimum of 3 great activities per week and almost every day in the Spring and Summer. Activities include:

Host families are carefully selected on the basis of their interest, background and the quality accommodation they can offer you. All kinds of families are involved–and have agreed to provide you with the following:
- Fully furnished and equipped (linens, towels) private room with a desk and lamp
- Private or shared bath
- Nutritious meals – 3 meals a day, continental breakfast, bag lunch and warm dinner
- Accessible - (within 30-40 minutes of the school)
- Respect for Privacy
- Access to telephone, television, laundry and other household amenities
- English language support
- Introduction into Canadian culture and family life
Your host family plays a very important role in your learning experience. They offer the security of a home base where you will live and build on your studies. The host family will not only welcome and introduce you to the Canadian experience, but will assist you in fitting into the culture so that you get the most out of your experience.
Residences (based on availability) may be suitable for students who wish to have a greater degree of independence than offered in a homestay and keep accommodation costs down. In residence type accommodation you are provided with a private room and shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. You must provide for your own meals.
Quest Language Studies works with a number of residences in Toronto. You have a choice of 2 types of residences:
- Basic residences are student houses - private homes that have been converted and occupied by students. They provide fully furnished accommodation, shared kitchen and washroom facilites and amenities such as TV, telephone, cutlery and cooking utensils. The location of basic residences varies but they are all generally within 30 to 40 minutes of the school and the city centre by public transport.
- Standard Residences: are mainly located in the city centre, close to the school, and affiliated with universities. Almost all standard residences (except YWCA) are available in the summer only from late May to the middle of August.
Private apartments are ideal for students who prefer a very private and independent type of accommodation. Apartments are fully equipped and include a bedroom, kitchen, living area, laundry facilities and in some cases maid service. You must provide for your own meals. It is possible to share apartments. The price of apartments varies widely depending on: Length of stay; Location; Number of people; Amenities (pool, sauna, etc); Season.
Advanced booking is not only recommended but essential if you want to pay a reasonable price and have guaranteed placement.
