Graduate School of Business Administration at Keio University: In April 2000, the Graduate School of Business Administration at Keio University in Tokyo became the first institute in Japan to receive certification from The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (known as AACSB). Only 12 schools outside the United States have been granted such accreditation. All the classes of the MBA program are held in Japanese language. Students will have considerable number of discussions in class as well as reading and writing assignments. These are to be conducted in Japanese, therefore a good command of the language is indispensable for foreign students.
International exchange students invited from leading business schools worldwide benefit through their unique academic and social experiences in Japan. They can take various MBA courses on Japanese management in English. Since MBA students at Keio also attend these courses, interaction among students bring valuable learning experiences to both sides.
Courses:
MBA in Japan Program, Ph.D. Program, International Exchange Program - Management of Japanese Firms
Those who want to apply for the MBA Program must have a bachelor's degree, or be expected to obtain before the enrollment in the program. The time of enrollment is April only. Please note that our program is a full-time one, and that all the classes are provided during the daytime only. So it is impossible to study here while working at the same time.
