ICS students come from all over the world and from various business backgrounds. All share the potential to become business leaders on a global scale. Each year's entering class at ICS is intentionally kept small, with fewer than 60 students. The student/faculty ratio is close to 3:1. A special feature of academic life at ICS is our seminar system, which fosters close, enduring relationships between students and faculty. All incoming ICS students select a seminar advisor, who traditionally becomes "a mentor for life."
Many of the faculty members at ICS are prominent figures in the international business academia. In addition, they bring along with them real-world business experience in multinational firms, including Boston Consulting Group, First Boston, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Guaranty, McKinsey & Company, A. T. Kearney, Fuji Electric, McCann Erickson-Hakuhodo, Mitsubishi Electric, and Sumitomo Bank.
Hitotsubashi ICS Programs:
