UESL Program, Central Washington University:The University English as a Second Language (UESL) Program at Central Washington University (CWU) in Ellensburg, Washington, is located in the center of Washington State in the Northwestern US. Central Washington University is a public university with 8,000 students. Conditional undergraduate admission is offered and the UESL recommendation is accepted in place of the TOEFL. Courses: The UESL Program offers intensive English classes to prepare international students for acade
mic work at US universities/colleges and for business or education at home. In addition to the core skills classes, the program has many interesting elective courses: TOEFL Preparation, Volunteering in America, Business, Film-making, Travel USA, Computers, and Creative Writing. The highest level students can attend a regular university class (Supervised Visitations) as part of their UESL schedule. Outside-class activities include Welcome Parties, Conversation Partners/Groups, field trips, International Cooking Club, and the ESL Newspaper.

Conveniently located just three blocks from Wall Street in Lower Manhattan, New York English Academy (NYEA) is an English language school that offers a range of beginner to advanced level courses designed to help individuals learn English as a Second Language (ESL). Authorized by the NY State Education Department, we provide full-time and part-time English courses that include Standard English, Business English, and TOEFL exam preparation. Students can avail of Morning & Afternoon study options.
Course schedules are extremely flexible, and are suited to each individual student. Our full-time English courses range between 1 and 48-week study periods.
