    Ensure that the front desk is always covered to answer phone calls and greet guests during breaks, lunches, or when stepping away from desk
    If taking day(s) off, coordinate with COO or HR to ensure coverage of front desk duties
    Guests
    Greet persons entering the office and determine the nature and purpose of their visit. Have them sign in.
    Screen incoming guests; We may accept solicitors contact information but cannot provide them with ours
    Clients
    Make sure that they are offered fresh coffee/ tea, refreshments and food if any is available
    Seat them in the waiting room
    Advise their manager and partner of their attendance
