It is our pleasure to be able to share in the development of each student that enters into New Creations Chapel, Inc. Boarding School (referred to as New Creations). During the student's stay at New Creations, we will work individually with them through the Level System.

The dorms are supervised by a Resident Director, Head counselors, general counselors, and Bible College student counselor trainees. All of these people work closely with the youth as well as the Senior Pastor, Elders, teachers, support staff and volunteers.

The student is kept on a scheduled program in education, work, recreation and social activities. New Creations attempts to educate the student by supplying a 24-hour a day, loving, consistent, Christian atmosphere.

The staff at New Creations appreciates any encouragement you can give your student as he/she works through the program. Remember that he/she is a bundle of potential waiting to be opened and focused in the right direction. Following is how the program is established to accomplish this task:

14 Training Levels:
The student will work through fourteen training levels. With each level come added privileges and responsibilities as the student demonstrates the ability to handle them.

The staff works with the student teaching how to live a victorious Christian life. The student will then be better prepared to handle school and peer pressures.

Balanced Philosophy:
The student will be living under a balanced philosophy and in our program will be expected to follow the daily routine, which is built around this philosophy. The "Balanced Life Philosophy" is based on the idea that the whole man must grow in fours areas: physical, social, mental and spiritual.

Reward System:
New Creations uses a reward and discipline system based on privileges and responsibilities as they work through the program in a loving, Christian environment.

Losing points on the Level System is the main avenue of discipline, with restriction of various privileges as further discipline. Rewards are given by adding privileges such as off campus outings such as: choir trips to Georgia, Washington D. C., etc.

Working With Parents:
We will work in conjunction with the parents of the student. The goal of New Creations is to counsel the student in support of the family, as God intended, to work toward the reconciliation with family restoration. The further the student progresses in the program the more contact the student will have with the parent(s).
