Summer Programs in Spain for High School & College Students
Edu-Culture Immersion, Costa del Sol:
Improve your Spanish language skills, and experience Spanish and Andalusian culture first-hand through the unique individual immersion program offered by Edu-Culture Immersion (ECI), a leading language and cultural immersion organization. Available to high school students and college students (ages 15-21), this program gives you the opportunity to live with a Spanish host family on the Costa del Sol for 2-4 weeks during the months of July and August. With no program of planned activities, you will live the life of a typical Spanish teenager in the popular beach resort of Almeria, approximately 200km from Malaga, on the beautiful Mediterranean coast of Southern Spain.

You will enjoy a summer of Spanish culture, Spanish family life, and Spanish language.
ECI is the only Summer Study Abroad organization to offer a total immersion program in this form - living with a host family, and speaking only Spanish. Your spoken Spanish and knowledge of Spanish culture will improve enormously.
ECI also gives you the opportunity to customize your immersion program. If you want to take dance classes, tennis lessons, or keep up with swim practice during your immersion stay, we will do all we can to accommodate your requests.
Our dedicated Host Family Coordinator will regularly check in with you to make sure you are comfortable in your family and getting the most out of your immersion experience.
You must be between the ages of 15 and 21. You must have completed a minimum of 2 years (or equivalent) of high school Spanish by June 2016.

ECI also offers 4-week summer immersion programs in Spain for groups of high school students. ECI additionally provides French immersion programs in France.

Spend your summer at the beach and improve your Spanish! Almeria is a great Individual Immersion program location. The city holds a great deal of charm and is steeped in history.
Located at the foot of a mountain range, crowned by a magnificent Arab fortress, Almeria’s Andalusian legacy can be seen everywhere, including in the surrounding villages and in its gastronomy.
Almeria’s nearby mountainous territory is also much used as a movie location, and is most famous for being the backdrop to the Spaghetti Westerns of the seventies. It is a beautiful place in which to spend time soaking up the sun, along with the culture, and all the while improving your spoken Spanish.

Albitana Granja Escuela provides Spanish immersion summer camp programs to kids ages 4-14. Situated 35 kilometers west of Madrid, our 1, 2 , up to 4 weeks camps are activity-based, and promote outdoor experiential learning.We have taught thousands of kids from around the world how to live in relation with nature. We have plenty of activities (more than 50 different) for very young students (animals and vegetable gardening) up to activities for very mature adolescents such as working with renewable energies or on an ecological house.
Kids attending our linguistic summer camps, connect to the land and most of all socialize with friends from different origins and countries, with different ways of living etc. For them, we organize a wide variety of events, workshop, performances and day trips.

Based in the Northern Spanish town of San Sebastian, named one of the most beautiful towns of the world, Lacunza Camps provides 1-5 week summer camp immersion programs in Spanish and/or English to students from around the world (ages 6-17). Our participants come to Lacunza Summer Camp to have fun, to grow and to make lifelong friends while learning Spanish and/or English.Students can choose Morning Camp, Full Day, or Overnight camp options. Language lessons and activities take place in the morning, with fun activities and excursions in the afternoon / evening. In the spirit of summer camp, we have created an activity program that features sports, workshops and excursions.
We have four different camps: Language Camp, Surf Camp. Football and Sports Camp an Junior Chef Camp.

Metàfora is an international art school for adult students, situated in the centre of Barcelona, on the northeast Mediterranean coast of Spain. We provide a 2-week, Summer Intensive Art Therapy course which is taught entirely in English. Students from all over the world work in a studio atmosphere where practical art-making mixes with theory and seminars.

LanguageJobSpain (LJS) is a Spanish language school located in La Coruña (only an hour's flight from the cities of Madrid and Barcelona) in the region of Galicia in Northwest Spain. We offer summer Spanish courses for adults and young people as well as a range of other Spanish programs throughout the year. In our summer Spanish courses, we put together language and culture, organizing conversational exchanges with the locals, day trips, guided city tours and other activities that will give you a real view of the Galician and Spanish cultures.
