Summer Programs in Spain for High School & College Students
Edu-Culture Immersion, Costa del Sol:
Improve your Spanish language skills, and experience Spanish and Andalusian culture first-hand through the unique individual immersion program offered by Edu-Culture Immersion (ECI), a leading language and cultural immersion organization. Available to high school students and college students (ages 15-21), this program gives you the opportunity to live with a Spanish host family on the Costa del Sol for 2-4 weeks during the months of July and August. With no program of planned activities, you will live the life of a typical Spanish teenager in the popular beach resort of Almeria, approximately 200km from Malaga, on the beautiful Mediterranean coast of Southern Spain.

Spanish Immersion for High School & College Students:
You will enjoy a summer of Spanish culture, Spanish family life, and Spanish language.
ECI is the only Summer Study Abroad organization to offer a total immersion program in this form - living with a host family, and speaking only Spanish. Your spoken Spanish and knowledge of Spanish culture will improve enormously.
ECI also gives you the opportunity to customize your immersion program. If you want to take dance classes, tennis lessons, or keep up with swim practice during your immersion stay, we will do all we can to accommodate your requests.
Our dedicated Host Family Coordinator will regularly check in with you to make sure you are comfortable in your family and getting the most out of your immersion experience.
Age Requirements:
You must be between the ages of 15 and 21. You must have completed a minimum of 2 years (or equivalent) of high school Spanish by June 2016.
Further Language Study Abroad:
ECI also offers 4-week summer immersion programs in Spain for groups of high school students. ECI additionally provides French immersion programs in France.

Spend your summer at the beach and improve your Spanish! Almeria is a great Individual Immersion program location. The city holds a great deal of charm and is steeped in history.
Located at the foot of a mountain range, crowned by a magnificent Arab fortress, Almeria’s Andalusian legacy can be seen everywhere, including in the surrounding villages and in its gastronomy.
Almeria’s nearby mountainous territory is also much used as a movie location, and is most famous for being the backdrop to the Spaghetti Westerns of the seventies. It is a beautiful place in which to spend time soaking up the sun, along with the culture, and all the while improving your spoken Spanish.

Speak & live Language Programs in Malaga

Located in the beautiful city of Malaga on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain, Speak & live provides quality Spanish language training for international students. We specialize in summer programs for simultaneous language exchanges between native Spanish speakers and native English speakers. Our summer language exchange programs consist of 13 days together with Spanish participants in a program specifically designed for rapid improvement of your oral communication in Spanish. The program offers support sessions of theory and practice, but the key of the experience is the spontaneous conversations and participation in various group activities designed to boost your communication skills.

ArtsAbroad is an organization based near Washington, D.C. that provides study abroad summer programs for adults in fields such as music, dance, visual arts, design, theater, and film. Our Flamenco Dance or Guitar + Spanish Language program in Granada, Spain, is aimed at dance and guitar students. Flamenco experience is not necessary. This program includes Daily Flamenco and Spanish language lessons plus attendance at the International Festival of Music & Dance. A weekend trip to Nerja, a nearby beach town is also included.

Instituto Hemingway Language School is a Spanish language school located in Bilbao in the Basque Country in Northern Spain.We provide summer Spanish programs for juniors (boys and girls) between the ages of 13 and 17 years, where they will have the opportunity to learn Spanish whilst enjoying a variety of recreational and cultural activities.

Located in Valenica, on Spain's Mediterranean coast, Berklee College of Music offers a 6-week for-credit summer music program to undergraduate students from around the world. All instruction is conducted in English. The department of Spanish as a foreign language of the Pontificial University of Salamanca offers a quality summer program in Spanish language and culture, covering all levels from beginner to advanced. Join our special summer program at the Pontificial University and experience Salamanca, situated in Castile-Leon, the region where the standard accent of Spanish is spoken. This is the perfect place to study Spanish. Salamanca is a beautiful city of 160,000 inhabitants in western Spain, 200 kilometres from Madrid. In 2002, the city was declared a UNESCO World Heritage City for its architectural and artistic wealth.Our classrooms and facilities reflect our philosophy of teaching: pleasant and bright setting for small groups (12 students maximum), with multimedia equipment, a computer lab with connection to the internet and a room for showing films and documentaries. EduKick is a leading international football camp organization that provides a range of soccer training programs and football summer camps for boys and girls in Madrid, Spain.Our intensive 4-week soccer summer camp is designed for kids and teens ages 10-18, and features daily Spanish language instruction by International House Madrid, excursions, and professional soccer training by the famous Aragonés brothers & professional Spanish coaches.
Our mission is to work with players on every aspect of their training to ensure they develop the physical, technical, tactical and mental foundation required for better performance in football matches.
