"The Basics" Art Classes (After-School and Home School schedule available):
Students learn real art skills and art history while creating works of art in various mediums such as clay, pencil, paint, charcoal, pastels, and 3-d sculpture.

As the art classes advance through the year we will explore mixed media, sculpture, puppet-making, and mask-making techniques. Classes are designed for building long-term learning skills, but also allow for newcomers at any stage of the year.

Students transfer what they are learning in academia within their art while learning about basic shapes, primary / secondary colors, various mediums/techniques, positive/negative space, art history and discussions such as “What is art?” and “Who are artists?”.

Mommy-n-me Art Classes for Toddlers (45 minute classes)
Discover the pure joy of creating original art with Mommy, Daddy, or caregiver! Toddlers are introduced to the lines and shapes that make up the language of art.

Your child will find great delight in exploring art by using washable paints and other non-toxic art materials to create recognizable forms. They will take part in creative activities designed to enhance their motor skills, and complemented with inspiring storytelling, music, and poetry.

Computer Classes for Kids & Teens (also open to adults)
One-on-one training for elementary, middle or high school students on Microsoft Office software such as MS Word (teaching proper formatting for research papers), Photoshop and Illustrator, (which can create supporting graphics, charts, and graphs to be imported into the MS Word file), plus training in how to put together a slideshow in PowerPoint.

Today’s students need to know such software programs to produce the best research paper or school project. Supporting graphics such as tables, charts, and diagrams are needed to fully illustrate certain information.
