With email and phone, keeping in touch between visits home is easier than ever. Parents receive a weekly electronic newsletter from the Head of School. They can also read the student perspective about the week's events and activities on the "Brentwood Blog".

Keeping busy with healthy activities within a positive peer group is the best offence against what is becoming an increasingly toxic culture for teenagers. It has been shown that the boarding experience helps students develop self-discipline, maturity, independence, time management, and leadership skills.
