Mennonite Collegiate Institute:
Mennonite Collegiate Institute (MCI) is an accredited, private day and boarding school that offers grades 7 through 12 to boys and girls. The school is situated in Gretna, Manitoba, just north of the Canadian - U.S. border. and 90 minutes south of Winnipeg. MCI is not like every other high school, we pride ourselves on providing a different type of educational experience to our students. With a student body of roughly 135 students from Grades 7-12, we offer students a comfortable, safe, and caring environment in which to learn and grow.
Co-educational Day & Boarding Programs for Students in Grades 7-12:
- Curriculum requirements of Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth for high school graduation are taught at MCI.
- Most courses are offered on a semester system; Some courses, such as music, will be offered on a full-year basis.
- Textbooks for all courses will be supplied by the school.
- Students need to supply their own dictionary, Bible, scientific calculator and notebook materials, USB storage device.
- All Canadian students receive student accident insurance courtesy of MCI.
