Lincoln Culinary Institute (LCI), based in Hartford, Connecticut, is a Culinary Arts School offering a Diploma Program in Culinary Arts designed to lead students to a successful career in the hospitality sector. At LCI, the curriculum is designed to ensure that students have achieved a comprehensive skill set and learned from hands-on experience. The classes are small (no more than 15 students), and there is a great deal of personal attention. Receive hands-on culinary training in French, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin and American cooking, along with professional baking and pastry techniques.
Culinary Arts Diploma Program:
