Design College Courses in Taiwan

College Of Design - Ling Tung University, Taichung:
The College of Design was founded on August 1, 2001. The College offers majors in Visual Communication Design, Digital Content Design, Fashion Design and Technological Product Design. These programs lead to bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

Undergraduate Programs:

- The Department of Visual Communication Design
The goal of the Dept. of Visual Communication Design is to cultivate a middle and higher class of visual communication designers with capabilities of advertising, packaging, display and layout in the graphic design area.

- The Department of Digital Content Design
Matching up to the governmental policy of digital content industry, this department prepares students to become professionals in designing multimedia interacting websites, computer animation and games, and digital videos and audios.

- The Department of Fashion Design
Catching up the trend of globalization and technology, this department integrates its program of hair design, cosmetology, make-up, and fashion design, accessory design to create and train new talents in creating projects and marketing.

- The Department of Technological Products Design
This department prepares the students to become professionals in three major fields: the conceptual design, human-machine interface design, and the information animation design. As cooperating with enterprises, this department trains the talents based on practical needs of the enterprises.

- The Innovation and Technology Research Center
This center is in charge of the investigation and research study, the cooperation relationships with enterprises, and global interaction.

- Art Exhibition Center
This center is in charge of promotions of art displays and shows.
