Academic Diploma Courses:

Diploma in Architecture:
Architecture is a combination of both art and science. In this course, you’ll learn to design and develop buildings, and plan and manage the development process. The Diploma in Architecture is designed to prepare you for employment and / or further studies in the architecture industry.

In this programme, you’ll gain foundational knowledge of architecture and the skills required to design, develop, plan and manage projects. We'll start with the basics and build up so that you apply practical skills to future work.

You’ll also be put through a 3-month industrial attachment which will provide you with invaluable working experience in a professional design firm.

Diploma in Interior Architecture:
Interior architecture is about designing and creating practical yet engaging spaces. This course is where you’ll learn how to balance function and appeal in the design of space. The Diploma in Interior Architecture is designed to prepare you for employment and / or further studies in various fields besides interior architecture, such as property development, installation work and exhibition design.

In this course, you’ll gain foundational knowledge in the study of interior architecture, the skills needed in the industry, and learn to apply that to your future work. 

You’ll also learn to develop your creative talent and how to apply that in other fields like furniture design, exhibition design and installation work.

Diploma in Graphic Design:
Graphic Design is very much about conveying messages, thoughts and ideas through visuals. This course is where you’ll learn to visualize, conceptualize and rationalize your work. The Diploma in Graphic Design is structured to prepare you for employment and / or further studies in various creative fields such as advertising, publishing and events.
In this course, you’ll gain knowledge and efficient skills that are required in the creative field.

Diploma in Multimedia Design:
Multimedia design is all about interactive creativity. Diploma in Early Childhood Education
This course prepares you for the challenges of teaching from nursery to pre-school levels in both public and private sectors. The Diploma in Early Childhood Education is designed to complement the Government's mission of ensuring that all early childhood educators are Diploma holders and above. It improves the standard of early childhood education nationally.

In this course, you’ll enhance your educational knowledge and abilities in curriculum, pedagogical, assessment, creativity, administration and management development. You’ll master the skill of identifying innovative approaches in teaching kids.

Diploma in Digital Photography
ALFA College's Diploma in Digital Photography is designed to develop student's skills in photographic design and print. In this course, students learn the principles of the photographic media, camera functions and operation, as well as lighting. They will be familiarized with various settings and pre-sets on camera, explore the photographic process from taking images and digital storage media and transfer of images. Besides that, students will also understand the relationship between new digital imaging processes and color photographic techniques.  

Class discussion will address contemporary issues in art and digital photography. Certificate in Architectural Draughting
The certificate in Architectural Draughting is a full time program which introduces students to the field of Architecture and the related ares of draughting, computer aided design and building technology.

Taught by trained architects who are also experienced academicians and industry practitioners, this program prepares students for further studies at the diploma level as well as direct industrial placement.

Learn how to create working drawings and computer simulations used i the designs and construction of buildings and other structures.
