Teach Me Mandarin provides evening Mandarin Chinese language classes for beginners and intermediate levels. These classes are run from the Harcourt Hotel which is centrally located on Harcourt Street, off the south-west corner of St. Stephen's Green in Dublin City Centre. Harcourt Street is on the LUAS line which services from Grafton Street (one stop) to the north and to the Green Line Sandyford in the south. At a Teach Me Mandarin class, we take beginners and introduce Chinese Mandarin language speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in a fun, immersive and engaging way. So much so, we are 100% confident that by the end of your course, you will be able to communicate in a real Chinese environment.

* Popup Chinese:  This is a fantasic on line resource for those interested in starting from ground zero, or those intent on improving their Chinese. It offers lessons from beginners to advanced level, a very active users forum, writing tools, mp3's, dictionaries, flashcards and the rest.

Language Immersion:  As part of your Teach Me Mandarin experience, we will have one evening in an authentic Chinese restaurant in the city centre, where you will be encouraged to engage with the waiting staff and your colleagues in Mandarin. This is a wonderful experience with great food, and lots of laughter and most importantly - learning.

Our native Chinese Mandarin speakers have lived and worked in Ireland for many years. This means they understand the local culture and understand Chinese culture. They have excellent English, and are passionate about both countries. We focus on face to face Chinese tuition. Chinese Podcasts on their own just don't work. Face to face means you get excellent guidance and support.

We also give you free access to the best Chinese language tools on the internet. This means you have back up lessons, tests, hints and insights which you can access anytime anywhere. We enjoy at least one class in a Chinese restaraunt, food store or even karaoke bar - where you will use your new language with the "Zhōngguó rén" (pronounced - jung guo wren - floor staff). This is a fun evening which will show you that you can do this.
