Lyon is located in southeastern France, approximately a three-hour drive from the southern coast and less than 90 minutes from the borders with Switzerland and Italy, with the Alps to the east. It's a hilly city with two rivers: The Saone and the Rhone pass from north to south, meeting just south of the city center. Between the two rivers you will find the city center, which is almost surrounded by water and hence is known as the Presqu'ile, or peninsula.

Situated in Semur-en-Auxois, close to Dijon in eastern France (just two hours from Lyon), La Petite Classe provides beginner to advanced level French immersion programs, with 1, 2, and 3-week study options.

Home stays are available all year round and suitable for students of any age and level. Learning French with Maryse will ensure that you make tremendous progress within a short period of time.

We offer French courses in mini-groups for a maximum of 6 people.
