We serve the Reform, Conservative, and Traditional communities of the greater Peoria area, and are open to everyone in the community regardless of religious affiliation for students.

The British School of Chicago (BSC), located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago in Cook County, Illinois, is a co-educational, college preparatory, accredited day school offering Nursery School to Year 13 (Pre-K to Grade 12) programs. There are over twenty nationalities represented at the school with the majority being British and American.

All BSC teachers are recruited from the United Kingdom or international schools worldwide, and are of the highest calibre. Every teacher is experienced in the National Curriculum (England) and has a variety of academic specialist skills. All teachers at the BSC take part in a continuous programme called In Service Training (INSET).

Latin School of Chicago

Latin School of Chicago located adjacent to Lincoln Park on the North Side is an independent, co-educational college preparatory school for students in junior kindergarten through to grade twelve. Latin is the oldest independent school in the city of Chicago. The school was designed to provide students with a rigorous college-preparatory education in the classical tradition, with a curriculum that was heavily influenced by classical studies and the study of the Greek and Latin languages, hence the name “Latin School." Latin is still taught at the school today and is offered from sixth-grade onwards.

This academic load is balanced by a wide array of outside opportunities to play sports; be in the Middle School play; participate on a competitive math, science, or chess team; work on the student newspaper; perform in the band or chorus; be a member of student government; do community service; or participate in any number of other activities.

Elgin Academy, chartered in 1839, is an independent, co-educational college preparatory day school located in Elgin, a suburb approximately 40 miles north-west of Chicago. Most of Elgin lies within Kane County, with a portion in Cook County, Illinois.
