Ookayama International School:
Ookayama International School (OIS) is a small school located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Minami, Meguro-ku in Tokyo, Japan. The school offers distance learning programs for grades 7-12 (ages 12 - 18) and students must attend our school to participate in them. We provide a fully accredited American high school education which has helped numerous students go on to higher education in Japan and overseas.
The school is directly across from a small temple with a Japanese style garden and is surrounded by lush greenery. People often comment on how lovely the area is. It is also close to the Ookayama shopping street where students and staff can buy lunch at one of the many shops or restaurants.

The nearest train station is Ookayama, which is on both the Tokyu Meguro and the Tokyu Oimachi lines. To get there from the station, go out the main exit, turn right and walk down the shopping street for about 6 minutes until you get to the 7-11. Then turn right and walk about 2 minutes and you will see us on the left, just past a small temple.
