All of these skills are best developed in a multiage environment.

Teaching methods:

The curriculum is always in the process of development based on the latest research and experience in teaching and learning, especially as regards multilingual and multiage education: Administrators and teachers are constantly updating their knowledge through the professional development opportunities offered, and Information sessions, orientations and seminar opportunities are provided for parents as well, so that they may be better informed about their child’s education.

* The school takes advantage of its location through several fieldtrips during the year, including overnight trips for the children from Grade 3 up.
* All of the children Grade 3 and above learn the violin by the Suzuki method.
* Mandarin Chinese is offered as a third language from Kindergarten through Grade 9.
