SAKURA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL located in central Tokyo, eastern Japan is an international school providing preschool, daycare and afterschool programs with a difference ! Your children will love coming to us every day. We offer a unique way of playing and learning where children play a central role.

Daycare:
This program is open to children aged 6 months to 6 years old designed to provide for families with working parents who would like to keep thier children at school for the Full day or any occasional babysitting needed. Sakura International School (SIS) is open for Day Care Program 7 days a week fPhoto of International preschool / kindergarten in Tokyo, Japanrom 8:30 ~ 19:30 (Sunday 13:00~19:00). This program is available on an HOURLY BASIS from minimun of 2 hours.

Preschool:
For Preschool/Kindergarten, SIS accepts children aged 12 months to 6 years old for a full-day program (Monday–Friday, 8:45am-2:30pm) based on a well-organized, age-appropriate curriculum that stimulates each individual child.

Afterschool Club:
Afterschool Club is designed to provide children with an enriching environment that offers wide variety of activities of Movement, Arts and Crafts, and many surprises, based upon the Full-Day Preschool/Kindergarten Curriculum. SIS is open for Afterschool Club for children aged 3-6 years old from 2:30pm to 4:30pm providing various international cultural programs. The kindergarten teachers take turns in giving the classes. English Class
English Class is designed for Elementary School Students that offers Tutoring, Reading and Writing based upon International Elementary School Curriculums. SIS is open for English Class in the evenings from 4:30pm to 6:30pm with each class running for an hour. The teachers make lesson plans for English as Second Language learners and for Advanced learners depending on each needs and goals they are expecting.

Wooden Toys Playroom (WTP):
WTP provides Saturday School (aged 3-6 yrs) from 9:00-12:00. The class is based on our Afterschool Club Program to enrich children with various international cultural activities at a classroom fully equipped with Wooden Montessori Materials.

WTP is open on the weekends (Saturday from 9:00/Sunday from 13:00-19:00) for the families who would like to spend thier time at a safe and fun environment exploring SIS educational materials and many storybooks varying from Babies to older Elelmentary School students. The space is available for the Birthday Parties and Other Events for any special occasions.
