Both Valletta and Mdina - Malta's new and old capital cities respectively are a mere 20 minutes bus ride away from the school. Ease of access to the public transport nearby the school makes it easy for you to reach anywhere on the island by bus.

Our school is situated in a modern two-floor building and consists of 10 bright air-conditioned classrooms fully equipped with the latest information technology, interactive whiteboards and video facilities.  Both the school and its adjacent residence have a large surrounding patio area where students can relax during breaks. A well stocked reference library with graded National Geographic and Macmillan readers is at our students' disposal and fast-access internet facilities will enable you to keep in touch with your office, family and friends world wide. 

Our modern residential complex is a mere twenty metres away from the school - 3 minutes from bedroom to classroom. Both are open all year round and our friendly highly qualified team of academic and non academic professionals are there to assist students round the clock seven days a week.

Malta, as a country offers plenty of opportunities for you to enjoy yourself during your free time. You can relax on the beach after your morning lessons, visit historical places in the afternoon or go on a sightseeing bus tour.  You can also meet classmates or friends at a nearby café in Spinola Bay St Julian's after lunch.  Why not party the night away or go for a drink at a pub in the evening?  Everywhere is within close proximity and easily reachable on foot or by bus.

Our modern school residence is located right next to the school and available on half board (breakfast & lunch) basis. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, nicely furnished in oak and FREE WiFi is also available.  It is available for adults only aged 18+ and for families wishing to travel with their children. 

The residence is monitored and attended 24 hours-a-day thus ensuring a peaceful and relaxed environment where students can learn, relax and interact with other students from all over the world. The Gateway School residence has been the number one choice for the majority of the students since it is conveniently located next to the school - only 3 minutes from bedroom to classroom!.

Apart from audio-visual facilities our classrooms are equipped with Interactive Whiteboards using cutting-edge digital course materials. Interactive Whiteboards IWBs enhance your learning experience while making lessons more fun, exciting and dynamic. They are loved by our students as learning is more effective and engaging. 

With just a click of a button the teacher can display course material on-screen and access the internet. Our teachers use online newspapers, podcasts, YouTube videos, social media sites and other interesting material which will make your learning experience a one to remember.
