Based in New York City, Amigos de las Américas (AMIGOS) is an international, not-for-profit organization that provides summer abroad, service learning programs for high school and college students. Our Volunteer program empowers young adults to grow as leaders and increase their multi-cultural understanding through training and community service projects in Latin American countries such as Mexico, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Honduras, and more.AMIGOS Volunteers immerse themselves in the lives of their host communities and truly experience collaborative development work. Supported by a strong network of Pan-American chapters, teenagers and young adults from diverse backgrounds work successfully with host communities and partner agencies to address health and education priorities in these countries.

Deutsches Haus at NYU

Deutsches Haus is a non-profit organization and operates under the umbrella of the Faculty of Arts and Science of New York University; since 1977 its university affiliation has provided a solid academic basis. We offer German Language Courses for adults and children and are operating as the official Language program of the Goethe-Institut New York, as well as its official examination center. Our children's classes cater to both bilingual German children as well as beginners, Pre-K through age 10. Adults may register for courses in all language levels from beginner through very proficient. Deutsches Haus also offers a wide range of cultural events and a bookclub.
The Deutsches Haus is located in a 19th-century mews building in the heart of Manhattan's Greenwich Village, NY City. When you come to the Deutsches Haus, you will notice all our teachers & staff work here, because we love the Deutsches Haus. There is a warm positive energy, that fills the air with constant encouragement.

Located in Westbury, Long Island, New York, Spanish All Year is a dedicated language center that promotes Spanish language and culture with a range of fun courses that combine language learning with literature, art, dance & cooking.We serve families with babies from 12 months to age 12, as well as adults. As part of our Spanish full immersion programs for children, we offer parent-child classes, private tuition, Spanish nursery and preschool courses.
