Carrollton Christian Academy:
Located in the north-west of Dallas in the suburban community of Carrollton, part of Denton County, Dallas County and Collin County in Texas, Carrollton Christian Academy offers programs from pre-kindergarten through to twelfth grade. Our students are offered a comprehensive, biblically-based college preparatory program with dual credit and AP courses as well as college prep SAT, ACT and PSAT. Our excellent faculty effectively teaches knowledge with the purpose of helping the child understand God's principles and purpose for mankind. Since 1980, Carrollton Christian Academy has partnered with First United Methodist Church and our parents in seeking to develop young men and women with a deep faith, keen intellect, and compassionate hearts.
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Programs:
The Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten curriculum includes Bible, reading, math, science, and social studies. The first through fifth grade classes have the following subjects as part of their curriculum: Bible, reading, spelling, handwriting, math, science, history, and geography. Students have library class once a week, though they are encouraged to use the library often for research and other readings.
All students attend art, music, physical education, computer classes, Spanish, and chapel each week. As members of ACSI, our school is involved in various student activities throughout the Metroplex area. We have the opportunity to compete with other Christian schools in activities such as Choir, Band, Speech Meets, Art Shows, etc.
Middle and High School Programs:
At the middle and high school levels, CCA provides a balanced program of college-preparatory academics, fine arts, athletics, weekly chapel services, and Bible classes. High school courses and credits required for graduation include four yea
rs each of Bible, English, math, science, and social studies. (Students transferring to CCA do not need to make up Bible credits from previous years.) Other required courses include health, physical education, computer applications, foreign language, and fine arts.
Dual Credit and Advanced Placment Courses:
CCA offers dual credit courses for juniors and seniors in U.S. history, English, and government, as well as AP courses when student interest is shown. CCA students may graduate with a minimum of 24 hours of college credit if they choose to participate in the dual credit classes. Christian and community service and character-building leadership opportunities are encouraged on the campus.
Communication skills, diligence and scholarship,
creative expression, and Christian perspective are emphasized in the presentation of curricula to provide an extraordinary school experience. College-preparatory programs are designed to assure success following high school graduation.

Fine Arts Program:
The academy's fine arts department includes art, choir, ensemble, band, orchestra, communication application, and theater arts. During the fall semester, theater arts students produce a play; in the spring, the choir presents a musical production. Students in communication application compete in speech and debate meets throughout the year. Photojournalism, newspaper, and yearbook provide practical experience for those interested in the communication field.

The Growing Tree Academy is a privately-owned licensed daycare and preschool in Houston, Harris County, TX, where children from 6 weeks to 4 years (Pre-K) come to learn, play and socialize. Spanish is taught to all students and live webcam monitoring is given to parents so they can view their child throughout the day. We provide highly qualified and caring teachers and staff, with all teachers qualified in their age group. The Growing Tree Academy provides a loving environment that provides children with a strong foundation to begin their lives. We are open Monday - Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Take advantage of your child's quick learning ability to instill language skills in Spanish or English this summer! Crossing Borders provides Spanish and English summer camps for kids (ages 18 months - 12 years) and teens (ages 13-17) at our language center in Pearland, Brazoria County TX, just south of Houston.
Offered during June, July and August, our summer language immersion camps are designed to give children & teenagers a unique opportunity to spend their summer break having fun learning or improving in a second or third language.
During our summer camps, kids are grouped according to age, level, and language proficiency. They learn in full Spanish or English immersion from one of our native speaking tutors. They take part in arts & crafts, play games, and learn their target language in a fun, interactive setting.
Our programs have very specific goals while creating dynamic, energetic classes with emphasis on the target language by using our immersion strategies.
Crossing Borders teachers make every effort to speak in the language being taught 100% of the time. However, we also want the children to feel comfortable in their environment and to be encouraged to love their new language.
Summer, winter, and spring break camps are also offered at our locations in Katy, South-west Houston, Spring / The Woodlands, and in San Antonio. We also teach adults.
