Alexander-Smith Academy:
Founded in 1968, Alexander-Smith Academy (ASA) is a private, college-preparatory high school in Houston in Harris County, Texas. In addition to college-preparatory courses, ASA offers Advanced Placement and Honors courses. We are fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and by the Texas Education Agency.

Educational Programs:
ASA's primary goal is to create an environment in which each student can aquire the knowledge necessary to develop intellectual maturity. A structured curriculum, which includes Honors and Advanced Placement course levels, is fundamental in achieving this goal, as are the unique five to seven students per class and daily tutorials.

Students are individually scheduled in blocks of time Monday through Thursday. Friday is reserved for enrichment tutorials, group workshops, and extra-curricular activities. The minimum course load at ASA is five class periods per day, and the maximum is seven class periods a day.

Courses / Programs
• Conveniently situated in the Rice Village area of south-central Houston TX, close to Downtown, Crossing Borders provides quality language immersion programs for toddlers up to kindergarten age children (18 months - 5 years old).

• Spanish & English classes are available for kids ages 18 months – 5 years old, while French & Chinese classes are available for potty-trained children ages 3-5.

With two locations in San Antonio TX, Bilingual Child Academy (BCA) provides Spanish immersion and dual language programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school students, including a bilingual preschool (Spanish-English), Spanish summer camps, and after-school child care.

San Antonio Academy is a non-profit, non-denominational, tax-exempt elementary school for boys in pre-kindergarten through to grade eight in San Antonio, Bexar County, TX. Established in 1886, San Antonio Academy is one of only 16 all-boys independent elementary schools in the nation, and the only one of its kind in Texas.
