Stanborough Secondary School:
Stanborough Secondary School in Stanborough Park, Watford, Hertfordshire, in the East region of England, is an independent, co-educational school with a strong and established academic tradition. The Seventh Day Adventist Christian roots of the school make it welcoming to all faiths and pupils from around the world. With over 40 nationalities of students ages 3-18, Stanborough is often referred to as the United Nations. Our spacious boarding school provides accommodation for over 60 boarders from ages 11-18.
K-12 International Primary & Secondary School for Boys & Girls Ages 3-18:
- The International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB)
This is a two-year, Pre-University course, which is preferred over A-levels by many universities and designed for highly motivated students from the age of 16.
- International School for students aged 11 to 18
This course is offered to students who wish to continue their studies according to the British curriculum or improve their English Language (ESL). The International School is ideal for those students who intend to study at a British or American University.
- Summer English School for students aged 11-16
On completion of the course, successful students will receive a certificate in ESL.
- Study Course:
Students from 11 to 18 can experience British culture by enrolling in an English Literature, English History or English (ESL) course. Courses run from as short as one week. Non-native speakers will receive extra tuition in English during their stay. All students will receive a course certificate for successful course completion. The study course is an opportunity to meet new friends from around the world and live in a multicultural environment.
