Curriculum:
Garden International School, offers the full National Curriculum of England and Wales from the Foundation Stages through to Key Stage 3. We are in the process of developing a Key Stage 4 curriculum so that children are able to study all the way up to IGCSE and eventually IB with us. Our class sizes are kept small so that we can offer specialised teaching, ensuring more individual attention is allocated to each student. Our mission is to promote academic excellence through the provision of quality teaching which encourages each student to achieve, according to their potential and needs.
We offer well equipped classrooms, as well as dedicated Art, DT, ICT and Science rooms. Garden International School, also offers the Modern Foreign Languages; French and Mandarin. We believe that sport is of great importance too and offer a number of school and after school activities to meet the needs of all our children from football, badminton and Judo through to additional languages.
Our school is not about buildings but about people and atmosphere. Our committed and caring teachers are handpicked for their professionalism and desire to see their pupils achieve. We actively encourage involvement in the school and invite parents to stand as representatives in the Parent Forum. We recognise that the education of each child is a venture shared between the parents, and us the staff of the school.
