Isca was founded in 1966 by the parents of the present Principal, Richard Tomlinson. Richard and his wife Jo live at the school and are here to help you enjoy your stay in Exeter. Year round classes at all levels with an average of 8 students in each class group. Maximum class size is 12. Combination Courses combine 15 hours of General English in a small group with a maximum of 5 students and 5, 10 or 15 hours of 1-to-1 tuition, focusing on your specific language needs.
