Mami Camilla is a small, high-quality school dedicated to providing an outstanding study abroad experience in traditional regional culinary arts in Sorrento, Naples, Italy. The location is ideal for many different day trips. With a 10 minute walk you can catch the local train and arrive at Pompeii or Herculaneum and Naples within 30 - 45 minutes. You can walk to Sorrento, a very quaint little town, in 10 - 15 minutes. In Sorrento there are many wonderful restaurants and stores. Sorrento also has a ferry terminal where you can catch the ferry to numerous places such as the island of Capri, Ischia, Procida or the Amalfi Coast.

Sorrento is known for its natural beauty, its lovely weather, the variety of local products, the movie Pane, Amore e Fantasia with the famous Sophia Loren and the wonderful song (Torna a Surriento), composed in 1902 on the occasion of the visit of Prime Minister Giuseppe Zanardelli.

FROM NAPLES RAILWAY STATION:
An hour rail journey from the Circumvesuviana station "Napoli Centrale" or "piazza Garibaldi". Catch the train you find on the lower floor, check for the line "Napoli-Sorrento". Once you get to Sant'Agnello go straight onto Corso Italia, turn on the right and walk along this street until you reach Sant'Agnello main cathedral or look for the pharmacy, turn on the right and go down on a nice large street Via Crawford, take a left onto Via Cocumella you will see the "Mami Camilla sign" and Parking sign.

FROM NAPLES AIRPORT:
If you are landing in Naples at Capodichino airport, the easiest and most comfortable way to reach us is the "CURRERI" bus line stopping just outside the Sant'Agnello main cathedral in Corso Italia, keep the indication above.
You can also get the ANM bus from the Airport straight to Piazza Garibaldi rail station. From the rail station reach Sorrento by CIRCUMVESUVIANA

BY CAR:
Any direction you are coming from follow the A3 Napoli-Salerno motorway. Look for the sign Salerno/Reggio Calabria- Penisola Sorrentina as far as Castellamare di Stabia exit. After that drive along the SS145 to Sorrento. Drive past the towns META, PIANO DI SORRENTO then you reach Sant'Agnello di Sorrento, follow always on the main street Corso Italia, Once you reach the main cathedral just follow the above direction and you'll get in direct In Mami Camilla.
