The College of English Language (CEL) is conveniently located in downtown Santa Monica in the Greater Los Angeles Area, (northwest of Los Angeles and just 20 minutes drive from Los Angeles International Airport), along the Pacific Ocean in Southern California. The school is just 3 blocks (300m) from the beach and half a block from the famous Third Street Promenade.

One of the unique advantages of Santa Monica is the possibility to walk most of the city without using transportation.
From the school you can walk to the following places:

The school is on the top level of a three-story office building and has plenty of natural light with windows looking over Wilshire Blvd. and downtown Santa Monica. Our premises are new and modern. All of our classrooms are air-conditioned and have high speed internet access as well as free wireless internet access. You can relax in our student lounge area and enjoy complimentary daily newspapers.
