Paris American Academy:Founded in 1965, Paris American Academy is an accredited arts & design school located less than a kilometer from Notre-Dame Cathedral in the famous Latin Quarter of Paris. We offer intensive summer programs in the subjects of fashion, interior design, fine arts and creative writing. Our summer courses last for four weeks. All of our programs are taught in English. A Survival French course is included in the program. During the past forty years, students and professions from 35 nationalities have participated in our programs.

English Language Course (4-weeks / 80 hours):
The English Language Institute at Paris American Academy (ELI PAA) offers a full-time, intensive English language course to international students and native French students at elementary English to advanced English levels.
The course includes Academic English, TOEFL exam preparation, an introduction to everyday Business English vocabulary, and more.

Situated in the friendly city of Arles, in the center of Provence, we offer a special 2 week course combining intensive French instruction (30 hours), cooking classes, wine tasting, excursions, and many a lively evening with friends around the dinner table. Accommodations are provided in our bed and breakfast, located right in the historic center, an easy 10 minute walk from the train station. You can put your French to use right away with cooking classes, wine tastings and more. And don't be surprised if local shop-keepers join in to help you too!

Our French Language study for food lovers is a marvelous introduction to France and its beautiful language. Every morning you'll have 3 hours of instruction in small groups (no more than 6). P'tit Chef Academy, Normandy

P'tit Chef Academy is a traditional French cooking school located in Bayeux, Normandy in North-Western France. We offer French cooking courses and culinary workshops to teach you traditional French cuisine.
