Each girl’s individualized treatment focus is considered from a holistic approach. Individual and group counseling programs are available.

Why Choose Lakeland Grace Academy?

- Unique Academic Program
Lakeland Grace Academy provides focused and individualized academic attention for the girls in its care. The focus is on improved study skills and performance, which gives a competitive advantage in college.

- Progressive Therapeutic Model
Progress of our students is based on a collaborative and collective effort of the Christian Mental Health Counselor, Directors, Staff, and Family members. The most influential of all of these are the parents. Counseling is provided by Masters level therapists. Treatment is unique to the student’s needs.

- Fully-Accredited Education
Lakeland Grace Academy are an accredited private school registered with the State of Florida, and a member of the Florida Association of Christian Child Caring Agencies (FACCCA). Lakeland Grace Academy is accredited with N.A.C.E. (National Association of Christian Education) and recognized nationally.

- Great Campus Environment
- Qualified and Dedicated Staff Members
- Outreach Opportunities
- Christian Values

Providing a Balance Between Therapy and Academics:

- Although we do facilitate a state-registered school, most young ladies who enter the program need to concentrate and confront their emotional behavior and thinking before academics will appear more appealing to them.

- Lakeland Grace Academy provides a computer-based award-winning curriculum that is second to none. We supplement that with our own teachers and provide tutoring as needed.

- Recent government studies suggest that computer-based education provides better learning and recall than classroom education, and many public schools are moving toward it as well.

- Our goal is to bring your daughter to one complete grade level in all subjects across the board in the first year, but she can also work ahead (most students do). Once a resident’s thinking is cleared up, we find that they want to succeed in school and their grades and motivation improve tremendously.

Extra-curricular Activities:

The recreation program consists of on & off campus intramural sports. Students have the opportunity to learn, practice and enhance athletic skills. The intramural sports offered include softball, basketball and soccer.

A variety of other games and sports are played casually to emphasize teamwork and fun. This relationship also serves as a foundation of support, honesty and trust for new students.
