Rome International School:
Located in the heart of Rome, Lazio region in central-western Italy, Rome International School is a private international school providing an international education for children in nursery to grade 13. RIS has chosen to link with what we believe is the most prestigious of all educational systems, the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). With this is mind we offer the early, primary, middle years and International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. Students may still follow the two year British National Curriculum GCSE course before taking the IB Diploma program.

* We offer our students the internationally recognised International Baccalaureate Diploma, which is awarded at the end of Grade 13 (American Grade 12). This means we provide the very best in education to our students, giving them the chance to enter Universities anywhere in the world.

* Teachers are specialist and expert in their subjects. Teacher councils for every year group and an Academic Board ensure the highest of standards and smooth progression between Grades. Standards are high and exam results good.

The main objective of the Associazione Rome International School is for our students to learn whilst having fun. The pupils of Rome International School are invited to express themselves through sport, music, art and a variety of other activities which will develop their physical and creative abilities and potential; making it easy for them to combine learning with play.

Our main goal is to develop and maintain a good balance between the mental and physical well-being of our children, giving them the possibility to participate in a variety of courses which will ensure that all aspects of development are covered.

We aim to help in our children’s growth process, giving them the chance to experience and experiment with different stimuli both mental and physical, as they move through childhood and into adolescence.

This journey will last for the duration of each scholastic year and pupils’ achievement and progress will be made fully evident through presentations, shows and demostrations.
