Located in Kennesaw, Cobb County, Georgia, twenty-five miles north of Atlanta, North Cobb Christian School is an independent, interdenominational Christian School serving K3 through 12th grade. Because North Cobb Christian School believes each student has been endowed with unique gifts and abilities, we offer both college preparatory and distinguished scholar programs, plus Honors and Advanced Placement classes. Lower School:
The Lower School of NCCS is noted for providing excellence in its skill-based academic programs. Reading and writing are critical components of the Lower School program. A Literacy Coordinator works closely with classroom teachers to ensure continuity in the development of student skills. Lower school students are encouraged to continue reading during the summer months. Recommendations for summer reading are located under Academics/Summer Information. During the school year students receive reading incentives through such programs as Accelerated Reader, Book-It, and Six Flags Six Hour Reading Club.
In addition to the core curriculum, NCCS provides the following "specials" in the Lower School:

The premise behind NCCS' Middle school experience is that as Christ grew we also should grow.
Along this line we have provided opportunities for our students to grow substantially in the mental, physical, social, and spiritual realms.
Upper School:
Upper School is comprised of 9th -12th grades. We partner with the parents in helping students disco
ver the unique purpose God has for them. Therefore we have designed our program around the three essential A's... academics, athletics and the arts.
We provide a biblically based college preparatory curriculum with English, math, science, history, fine arts, world languages and a wide range of electives that affords students the opportunity to excel in the academics.

Fine Arts:
