Staten Island is the most suburban of the 5 boroughs of New York City and is located in the southwest of the city. The borough is accessible to Brooklyn via the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and to New Jersey via the Goethals Bridge. The Staten Island Ferry connects the borough to Manhattan and provides stunning views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and lower Manhattan.

Caedmon is a PreK-5 Modified Montessori school located on a quiet, residential street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York. Caedmon maintains a class structure that allows the instruction to be more individualized. Watershed Learning Center's The Birch School & Homeschool Resource Center is a learning alternative for youngsters in Orange County, NY and the Greater Hudson Valley.
