Fishburne Military School:
Located in Waynesboro (between Staunton and Charlottesville), an independent city located within the confines of Augusta County, Virginia, Fishburne Military School is a military boarding school for boys in grades 7-12. For 130 years, Fishburne Military School has aided young men to reach their full potential as scholars, athletes and individuals. Here, students develop lifelong skills in leadership and self-discipline. By virtue of our distinguished Leadership Training Program (FLTP) as part of recognized JROTC Cadet Program, FMS nominates qualified seniors to U.S. Military Service Academies.
In addition Fishburne offers students a rigorous college preparatory curriculum with college prepartion courses such as SAT and ACT as well as AP courses. Our instructors are committed to every cadet's success. FMS graduates' enjoy a 100 percent college acceptance standard, attending many of the best universities in the U.S. We are faccredited by the Virginia Association of Independent Schools and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Cadet Life:
Within the barracks with modern dorm facilities, cadets learn and grow under the 24-hour supervision of the staff. Fishburne offers a structured and caring environment for young men.
Close supervision of all facets of cadet life by this department promotes health and safety throughout the barracks. Attention to detail is constantly reinforced to cadets, fostering responsibility for their actions and pride in their accomplishments as well as in the accomplishments of the entire Corps of Cadets.

Hargrave Military Academy, Chatham

Located in Chatham, Pittsylvania County, southern Virginia, Hargrave Military Academy is a college preparatory secondary boy’s military boarding school for Grades 7-12 and one post graduate year with college prep SAT, ACT and AP courses. Established in 1909, Hargrave has a long history of providing quality education to our students, not only in the classroom, but in the areas of character development, leadership, socially, spiritually and athletically.
The Academy provides a safe learning and boarding environment with modern dorm facilities, dining and infirmary services. The daily structure provides a higher level of accountability and responsibility that is not present today.
Hargrave maintains no military affiliation with the U.S. Military, U.S. Reserve Officer Training Programs (ROTC), or other military organizations. Located in Front Royal, VA, Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA) is a college-prep boarding school with an Air Force JROTC program. R-MA is one of the premier military schools in the nation, and the only Virginia military school offering Air Force JROTC. Our focus is on college-prep. 100% of our students are accepted to college. Students in Grades 6-12 discover their potential and develop better academic and organizational skills. Students receive personal attention in the classroom and in the dorm. Trails Carolina

Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina (within driving distance to Charlotte, Asheville, and Atlanta), Trails Carolina provides an individualized therapeutic wilderness program for troubled adolescents and struggling teens. Our intervention programs are designed for boys and girls ages 10-13, and 14-17.Trails was founded on the belief that traditional wilderness therapy could better serve the long-term needs of students and their families. Our clinically proven methods work exceptionally well with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Learning Difficulties, Low self-esteem, Substance abuse, and many other difficulties.
