Pop Makeup Academy in Rome, Italy offers professional makeup artist training to students of all levels. Pop Makeup Academy was originally established in Los Angeles, California by the talented Margaret Kimura and provides makeup artists to some of the biggest celebrities in Hollywood. We combine technology and creativity through a unique professional methodology and specific intensive training.

Professional Makeup Artist Program (147 hours):
In this course, you will learn the professional techniques of beauty makeup for Retail, Bridal and Events. It is designed to prepare students to work as entry-level professional makeup artists in the Bridal and retail industries. A Certificate of Attendance is presented upon completion of this program. The maximum class size is limited to 10 students to allow individual attention for everyone.

Course Content:

- Introduction to Makeup Application (35 hours):
In this course, you'll learn the beginning techniques of make-up application, from color theory and rejuvenation methods to natural and glamour beauty make-up. You'll also gain the skills to enter the Professional Program in Fashion, Beauty & Print. 

- Professional Makeup & Freelancing (91 hours):
The course objective is to provide training for individuals who wish to seek employment as professional makeup artists. In this course you will learn the professional techniques of beauty makeup for Retail, Bridal and Events. The course is designed to prepare students to work as entry-level professional makeup artists in the Bridal and retail industries 

- Business & Marketing for Freelancing (21 hours):
In this course you will learn the techniques that every freelance artist needs to know to succeed in very competitive. The course objective is to provide training for individuals who wish to seek employment as professional artists. The course is designed to prepare students to work as entry-level professional artists.

The Florence Art Studio

• Located in the heart of the historic city center, The Florence Art Studio provides short & intensive art programs taught in English to international students and professionals from around the world. We offer customized courses that teach the fundamentals of drawing and painting from life.

• Choose to study for 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks or longer. 

• Our main intensive program can be divided into six discrete and sequentially progressive modules, each of which can be studied from one week to one month or longer. Alternatively, each module can be taken as a stand-alone course.
