We have campuses across Kent in Canterbury, Broadstairs, Tunbridge Wells, Folkestone and at Chatham, with 18,000 studying both at unde
rgraduate and postgraduate level. We are one of the largest teacher training centres in the UK, but the diversity of our programmes is reflected by the unique profiles of each of our campuses, from commercial music and policing at Broadstairs, health and education at Medway, leadership and management at our Salomons Campus, to performing arts at University Centre Folkestone. Canterbury, our main campus in the heart of the city of Canterbury, offers an extensive range of subjects across all five faculties and is supported by an award-winning library and new Sports Centre (opened in 2009). Our graduates have excellent employability prospects, with 92% of our students in employment or further study six months after graduating.
Courses / Programmes:
Approximately two thirds of students study programmes related to teacher education and health and social care and a third of students study a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the Faculties of Arts and Humanities, Business and Management and Social and Applied Sciences. The extensive combined honours programme allows flexibility of study.

The School of Contemporary Chinese Studies, University of Nottingham is located in Nottingham, in Nottinghamshire County in the East Midlands of England (approximately 2 hours north of London). We are the only academic school in the UK to focus specifically on contemporary China, and are recognised as a national leader in the provision of high quality, discipline-based research and degree programs in this area.
