Extreme Maths is a fun math learning game for higher elementary school grades, middle school and high school age kids where you have to answer math questions as quickly as you can (before time runs out). This game requires fast-thinking and quick reaction-speeds in order to progress, and tests your addition, subtraction, multiplication and division skills!

The backdrop to the game is a super-fast ski slope where your extreme sports character flies down the mountain and through the air while encountering math problems to solve along the way. This interactive educational game is a “must play” for any math enthusiast who wants to practice his/her math and decision-making skills under pressure; while having a blast at the same time. OK, get your woolly thinking cap on!

How To Play: Speed is the order of the day here. Use your computer mouse to select your preferred extreme snowboarding or skiing character from the center of the game screen. To see other characters, Left Click on the arrows beside the character. When you start to play, a math question appears at the top of the game screen. To answer it correctly as quickly as possible, use your mouse to hover over the answers and then Left Click on your answer. Alternatively, use the arrow keys on your computer keyboard to quickly move (UP) and (DOWN) through the answers on the screen (A red outline appears over an answer as you hover over it. Decide on the correct answer, and then press ENTER on your keyboard).

You score points by answering the questions correctly. Each time you make an incorrect answer, you lose a life. If you don’t answer the question correctly on time, you also lose a life. You can see your Red “Time” Bar at the top of the screen. Once it runs out, you lose a life. You can see your Score in the bottom left corner and your number of remaining lives in the bottom right corner of the screen. Enjoy learning mathematics!
