Miami Dade College:

MDC offers daytime and evening courses, as well as a Weekend College, with classes scheduled Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday. School of Allied Health Technologies
Based at the Medical Center Campus, this School offers more than 20 vocational, certificate, and degree programs. Students gain practical experience at over 100 healthcare facilities and are guided by licensed professionals.

School of Architecture and Interior Design
Degrees and certificates are awarded in areas such as architecture, building construction, interior design, landscape architecture, and computer-aided design. All students take core Design Studio courses and produce a portfolio of their work.

School of Aviation
Housed at the Homestead Campus and two airports, the Eig-Watson School of Aviation uses industry-standard training aircraft, state-of-the-art labs, and flight and air traffic control simulators to offer associate degrees, professional certifications, and many vocational courses.

School of Community Education 
Community Education's mission is to make the College more accessible to the public and to meet community needs not served by traditional college programs. Non-credit courses offer enriching cultural experiences or means to improve professional skills. No record of previous education is necessary.

School of Computer and Engineering Technologies
Coursework and programs are designed to meet the work force needs in information technology, telecommunications, and engineering. The College’s Emerging Technologies Center of the Americas provides access to the latest high-end technologies.

School of Education
Offering bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees, and certification courses, this School based at the InterAmerican Campus prepares teachers to meet the field’s growing demand. The Educator Preparation Institute enables career changers to earn teacher certification.

School of Entertainment and Design Technology
Taught on four campuses, this cluster of arts, design and media production programs is a base for the next generation of high-tech media producers. Coursework leads to a variety of exciting careers in creative industries such as computer animation, film production, graphic design, web design, and music, TV, and radio.

School of Fire and Environmental Science
