The University of Freiburg is especially suited to initiate a LAS program at a University College: It is one of Germany’s leading research and higher education institutions and has a longstanding tradition in interdisciplinary research and teaching. Furthermore, Freiburg is one of Germany’s most beautiful and agreeable cities, situated at the heart of Europe, in direct proximity to both Switzerland and France.

4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences (B.A. / B.Sc.)
Taught in English, majors include: Life Sciences; Earth and Environmental Sciences; Culture and History; Governance. You can also choose from a range of elective courses.

The Liberal Arts and Sciences is currently the only progam hosted by the University College Freiburg.
