Fondazione Studio Marangoni, Florence:
Founded in 1991 in the heart of Florence, Italy, Fondazione Studio Marangoni offers three-week photography courses, daily and weekly photography workshops, and academic photography courses to complement your vacation or to start a career as a professional photographer. Combine your stay in Italy with your passion for photography, or take a time to improve and expand your knowledge attending a photography course in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Studio Marangoni was founded by Martino Marangoni as a photography school for American students.
From the very beginning it has been a centre of excellence in contemporary photography, one of the first in Italy to offer a wide range of cultural programs and activities.
In 1991, the Three-Year Program in Photography was created, and by 2011 more than 150 students had received their Diplomas, of whom many have gone on to become well-known professionals and artists both in Italy and abroad.
