The Faculty of Informatics the fastest-growing faculty on the University of Wollongong campus in New South Wales (NSW), offers an exciting range of programs across our three Schools: Electrical, Computer & Telecommunications Engineering; Information Technology & Computer Science; and Mathematics & Applied Statistics. The University offers courses at a number of levels: Pre-university/entry programs (Diplomas, English language) through Wollongong University College, Undergraduate programs at bachelor level, Postgraduate programs: graduate certificate, graduate diploma, master and research degrees at honours masters and doctoral level. Part-time programs are available, and flexibility in methods of teaching and learning are also encouraged.

Areas of study include Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Electrical, Computer and Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, IT Information Technology, Computer Bioinformatics and more.

Wollongong Campus:

The Wollongong Campus is located on the New South Wales coast, 80km south of Sydney and 3km from the centre of Wollongong. The campus combines a tranquil bushland setting with modern, state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure that provides the perfect environment for learning. A comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses are offered across nine faculties.

Located in Gosford, between Sydney and Newcastle on the Central Coast of NSW, 4B Screen and Media College provides a comprehensive Diploma of Screen and Media course, which is taught part-time over one year.

Our education reflects the role of individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate the work of self and/or team in the film, television, radio and digital media industries.
