Skills Needed: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
Experience working with high school students in an urban or Catholic school setting.
Experience managing data and preparing regular reports

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Google platform
Social Media skills.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Texas driver’s license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Skills Needed:

• Minimum of three-five years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, and financial aid. Independent School experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Successful candidates will be energetic, strategic, engaging, compassionate, and collaborative.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills combined with an interpersonal style that fosters warm connections with applicants for grades 6-11, as well as their parents.
• Ability to administer admissions testing instruments.
• Knowledgeable of admission databases, Google Suite, MS Office applications, and information management.
• Excellent organizational skills coupled with a strong work ethic and ability to be part of a successful team.
