• Experience - core sales, channel sales, SMB and scale model experience, and business development.

• Reasonable level of technical proficiency in order to understand partner ecosystem solutions

• Extensive experience of managing virtual teams across functions

• Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment

• Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills

• Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.

• Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow-through with partners.

• Bachelor degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations); MBA desired.

Skills Needed: Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the United States
• An active teaching certification in your subject area
• Prior experience working with students in a an in-person or virtual classroom setting
• Availability to work part-time between 5-25 hours per week during school hours
• Ability to commit to class periods occurring Monday through Friday during school hours
• Expertise in using digital tools and technology to teach interactive and engaging virtual classes effectively
• A laptop/desktop computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
