Fountainhead Montessori Adult Education, East Bay:
Situated in Dublin CA just east of San Francisco, Fountainhead Montessori Adult Education provides a specialized Montessori teacher program to adults interested in pursuing an American Montessori Society (AMS) Early Childhood Credential. We offer evening courses in Montessori philosophy and curriculum in a classroom setting as well as supervised field experience for student teachers in an approved practicum site.

About Fountainhead Montessori Adult Education:

The Fountainhead Montessori Adult Education (FMAE) program was conceived by Sarah Zimmerman, who after over 20 years of experience with Montessori saw the need for an accessible, affordable training course.

Sarah, the founder of the nonprofit Fountainhead Montessori Schools in northern California, wants to be able to reach out to those who are interested in Montessori training and/or a credential but who have neither the time nor finances required to partake in a full-time course.

Our Mission:
The mission of Fountainhead Montessori Adult Education is to provide an accessible, affordable training course to those interested in pursuing an American Montessori Society (AMS) Early Childhood Credential, as well as those seeking a greater understanding of the Montessori philosophy.

College credits are granted in cooperation with California State University, East Bay Extension.

The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM) is located in San Francisco, California. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient and profound healing art that originated more than 3,000 years ago. It comprises a number of therapeutic practices—among them Chinese herbology, acupuncture, nutrition, Tai Ji Quan and Qigong—that have long-proven efficacy in treating a wide range of disease conditions.

Our two degree programs—the Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MSTCM) and the Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM)—provide a truly exceptional professional education. The College of Botanical Healing Arts (COBHA) is a unique, innovative, high-quality educational institution and aromatherapy college in Santa Cruz (about 70 miles south of San Francisco), California. We provide training that focuses on the power of healing through the use of essential oils, herbs, and nutrition. We are dedicated to providing excellent comprehensive education in a balanced curriculum of science, holistic healing theories, and practical clinical experience.

COBHA offers a 400 hour Aromatherapy Practitioner Certification Program which is state certified and entitles successful graduates to add CEOT (Certified Essential Oil Therapist) after their name. This state-certified program has two levels of training. We also offer a Level One Correspondence Course to take from home and most classes are delivered via Webcam. We are in the process of being accepted by the US Immigrations Department to accept international students.
We offer a 400 hour Aromatherapy Practitioner Certification Program which consists of:

- Level I Foundation Course in Essential Oil Therapy (36 hours)
